Rural Community Assets Fund (RCAF)
The Volunteer Florida Foundation’s (VFF) Rural Community Assets Fund (RCAF) strengthens the power and capacity of community organizations to further their missions by recruiting, equipping volunteers who serve Floridians in rural communities.
As a result of funded project activities, awardees will increase one of the following measures as a result of funded project activities: number of individuals served, types of services offered or number of services provided. Awardees will also grow the number of volunteers recruited and/or retained during the grant year.
In addition to grant dollars, the Volunteer Florida Foundation will provide comprehensive training, technical assistance and coaching to establish and strengthen volunteer programming for awardees.
